We were initially engaged to provide marketing support to the super busy team managing the Launceston Airport. They needed a reliable full-service agency that was agile and able to meet their specific timely needs.
We worked on a marketing and communications plan which highlighted the emotive side of the airport, and its day-to-day functions and leverage providers in the northern region. The plan also ensured we celebrated the amazing tourism products that visitors can visit when flying into Launceston through the use of social media. Maintaining consistency whilst raising engagement on their profiles across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram organically was also a must for the team.
The result is an ongoing robust relationship with the Launceston Airport management team and great social media metrics.
