Rascal Robot are a not-for-profit youth art space operating in Northern Tasmania. They were seeking a marketing plan to inform their marketing activities over the next 12 months. When Sara came to us she communicated that they were throwing things to a wall and seeing if they stuck, which wasn’t an effective strategy. She wanted to know how to communicate the value of the services that Rascal Robot delivered.
A mini marketing plan was created which included interviews with Sara, in depth research, analysis of future state leaders, identification of target markets, strategic direction, advice regarding branding and messaging and a 12 month tactical plan.
Rascal Robot now have a great resource in order to help them plan their marketing activities over a 12 month period and achieve each of the goals identified throughout the process.
