When we first met with the team at Tas Gas their main request was for our pitch for advertising to not be ‘beige’ and beige we were not!
Utility companies are notoriously a bit boring when it comes to advertising and Tas Gas hadn’t advertised their retail business in over five years so we had to ensure their creative would resonate and have an impact. To make the most of their budget we proposed that wit and humour need not be excluded from their type of business, instead it would be the key to increasing their awareness quickly and subsequently lead to more consideration for connections across the state.
Increase of connections by 213% across June, July and August on the prior year.
