Charlotte Matthews

Cheery, bright, clever and very much the people-person is our Marketing Coordinator, Charlotte. With a keen eye for the newest trends in digital marketing and a strong preference for punchy content writing and website design she brings a highly creative and motivated attitude to any work thrown her way.

In her role Charlotte works closely with our Managing Marketing Consultant, Taihlaura, as well as aiding other consultants, completing administrative tasks, and doing the odd job every now and then.

Charlotte has recently completed her Accelerated Bachelor of Business degree at the University of Tasmania, where she graduated with a major in both Marketing and Management. While an Accelerated degree was albeit a bit time-consuming, she enjoyed the challenge and was determined to put her head down and do the work. A key motivation was concluding her degree and getting into the workforce as soon as possible (tick!).

Some of the highlights of her time at university were completing a Corporate Internship, as well as making meaningful connections and having the honour of delivering the Valedictory Address at her graduation.

Prior to Kingthing (and while completing her studies), Charlotte maintained retail work where she honed her customer service and communication skills. Starting her working life at a young age, Charlotte has always enjoyed working in a team environment and getting to know those around her. A strong work ethic is something that is definitely not lost on this Gen Z lady! In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys; catching up with friends, going to pilates, or getting outside for a run.
