While new to digital marketing, Carley brings a wealth of experience from the fast-paced retail world. Years spent in operations have given her a practical, hands-on approach and a readiness to dive into any project. Vivacious, funny, and welcoming, she’s felt like part of the team since day one. After a stint on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Carley returned to Tassie and slipped seamlessly back into life at home — the moment her feet touched Launceston soil, it felt like she had never left.

Born and raised here in Launceston, Carley is delighted to be raising her family here. She has a weakness for an afternoon sweet treat, usually enjoyed before heading off to a pilates class (#balance). Adventurous and well-travelled, she spent time living in Budapest in her early twenties, an experience that ignited her love of exploring new places, meeting people, and embracing different cultures.

A big family person at heart, Carley treasures every chance to spend time with her loved ones. She’s just as devoted to her ginger cat, Ben — though she insists she’s not that kind of cat person. On weekends, she’s happiest escaping to the shack or uncovering hidden corners of Tasmania, ideally with a wine and cheese platter in hand. Whether she’s juggling countless projects or fine-tuning a spreadsheet, Carley brings warmth, energy, and a genuine love for the people around her.
